The Zift PRM Incentive Manager allows you to define and execute a broad range of loyalty and incentive programs. It supports points accrual programs that are based on sales and other data. Partners can redeem the collected points as goods, vouchers, marketing services, or other benefits. A comprehensive approval workflow ensures that you have complete control of claims and redemptions.
The Incentive Manager allows you to create effective, simple to administer incentive programs that can be created either against individual (Person) users or Organizations. You can build your programs using a range of ways to accrue and spend points. Incentive points can be accrued actively through claims or passively based on Partner engagement and revenue-generating activity. Partners can administer their incentive accounts on the Portal thanks to attractive Incentive statements and shops for claiming rewards.
Benefits of the Incentive Manager

- Capture sales invoice and required information during claims process to speed up validation of sale.
Claims Catalog
The Claims Catalog stores the details of Products that can be purchased by a Partner or Reseller, including the associated point value that will be credited to the Partner. The points can subsequently be redeemed against Reward Products additional motivation for increased effort.
When a Partner submits a claim, they are declaring a sale of a product in the Claims Catalog and will receive the corresponding incentives points that they can then spend against the Rewards Catalog.
Rewards Catalog
The Rewards Catalog contains Products that can be purchased by the Partner using the points they earned when purchasing products in the Claims Catalog.
Incentive Promotions
Incentive Promotions allow you to encourage a Sales that are:
- Available for a limited time.
- Restricted to a specific segment of your Partners.
- Geographically restricted.
- Product specific.
