Overwrite System Labels

Overview

Everything that is displayed to users in Zift PRM is treated as a translatable phrase. This includes system labels.  In some cases, the system label is displayed instead of the user-friendly translation. This is easy to recognise as they will include the form *_nav_*; for example, sys_nav_SAML_Service_Providers. 

The procedure below describes how to reload the user-friendly translation of these phrases.

Before You Begin

Log into PRM Admin with adminTask Level 1 rights.

How to Overwrite System Labels

1. Navigate to Configure > Administration > Load Phrases.
2. From Phrase File To Load, select newmenu_phrase.txt.
3. Click Add/Update Phrases.

The system names have now been replaced with the user-friendly translation throughout the product. You may wish to repeat this procedure with the other phrase files.
