Overview
As you are probably aware, new personal data security regulations were introduced in all European Union countries on 25 May 2018. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) strengthens the rights of the individual over the personal data that they provide to you. The GDPR is the most comprehensive such regulation yet.
Use this procedure to inactivate a user and comply with a request to stop processing the individual's data.
Before You Begin
Log into PRM Admin as an internal or licensed user.
Inactivate a User Profile
- From Zift PRM Admin, enter the user's name or user ID number into the Search field.
- Click on the linked name to open the 3-panel view.
- In the top right panel, tick the check box beside the Person's name.
- In the bottom panel, after the user's Person Profile Summary Screen is displayed, scroll down to Person Approval Status and select Inactive.
No further processing of the user's data will occur.
