SSO: Create Scopes

Overview

Before you can configure Client Applications to use Zift PRM as an OAuth Authorization Server, you must create the scope of data the application will be able to access. One scope, basic_person_details is provided as standard.

Before You Begin

Log into PRM Admin with ssoTask Level 3 rights.

How to Create Scopes

1. Navigate to Administration > Manage OAuth2 Client Applications.
2. Click Edit endpoints (scopes).
3. In the OAuth Authorization Server Scope (Endpoint) Settings screen, click Create scope.
4. Provide a user-friendly and informative name for the Scope. Choose which fields to include for Person, Location, and Organization.
5. Click Save.
