Change CRM Connector Synchronization Frequency

You can control the frequency of the CRM Connector synchronization with your CRM environment by navigating to Configure > Administration > Edit Settings > Connector > Scheduled Task.

You should not undertake this change without speaking with your Zift PRM project team.

Setting	Effect
Pause	Disables the synchronization process between Zift PRM and your CRM when set to Yes.
Wait in minutes before next run	Controls the frequency with which the synchronization process will run. Do not modify this setting without speaking to your Zift Solutions project team.
Number of seconds to adjust synch time	Defines an off-set to ensure that no data is missed. Do not modify this setting without speaking to your Zift Solutions project team.
