Overview
As one of the POL (Person, Location, Organization) Entities, Persons (or Users) are central to the Zift PRM data model. As such, Person Entities have many Profiles and Attributes defined as standard. Your Zift PRM environment may have many additional Organization Profiles defined. The list below is a partial list of the most common Organization Profiles.
Person Entity Fields

| AccountResources | (Licensed Users only) Relationship to Partners, for example, Account Manager. |
| Active | 0 (FALSE) or 1(TRUE)indicates whether the record is active. |
| CommGateKeeperRoleDescription | Flag to denote person is a gatekeeper. |
| CompletedRegQuestions | 0 (FALSE) or 1(TRUE)indicates whether the person has accepted the terms and conditions. |
| Created | Date when the record was created. |
| CreatedBy | UserGroupID of the person who created the record. |
