Organization Entity Fields

Overview

As one of the POL (Person, Location, Organization) Entities, Organizations are central to the Zift PRM data model. As such, Organizations have many Profiles and Attributes defined as standard. Your Zift PRM environment may have many additional Organization Profiles defined. The list below is a partial list of the most common Organization Profiles.

Organization Entity Fields

Entity Field	Description
AccManager	PersonID of the Organization Account Manager.
Active	0 (FALSE) or 1(TRUE) to indicate if the record is active.
AlsoKnownAs	Alternative Organization names.
AssignDistributorOrgID	Related distributor's OrganizationID.
CountryID	The numerical identifier of the Organization country.
Created	Date the record was created.
HQ	LocationID of the Organization headquarters.
InternalOrderApprovalReq
InternalSalesContact	PersonID of the Organization sales contact.
InternalTechnicalContact	PersonID of the Organization technical contact.
KeyContactsPrimary
LastUpdated	Date when the record was last updated.
LastUpdatedBy	UserGroupID of the user who made the last update.
LeadAndOppCheckBoxes
MiscOrgFlags	Customer-defined flag data.
NumbEmps	Number of employees in the Organization
OnLineOrdering	Flag to show if this organization supports online ordering.
OrganisationFax	Organization facsimile number.
OrganisationTelephone	Organization telephone number.
OrganizationID	Unique identifier for the Organization.
OrganizationName	Name of the Organization.

OrgApprovalStatus	Approval status of the Organization.
PartnerOrderingManager
PDFCertificateRequired
SalesForceID	Organization's Salesforce ID.
SalesOperationsAdmin	PersonID of the Sales Operations administrator for the Organization.
Tier1Tier2Distributor	Organization reseller type.
TierChangeApprovalStatus	Flag for approval of tier change for the organization.
URL	Organization website address.
VAT	Organization VAT number.
