Location Entity Fields

Overview

The Zift PRM Search looks for people, location, and organization information at a location but does not search locations directly.

It is possible to combine search terms to search for a name + an organization ID, or a person ID plus an email, or a surname and an organization ID. To use this function you can use any of the above search criteria together and separate them using a space.

The search functionality also allows you to retrieve recent searches as well as a providing an Recent Searches and Advanced search.

• The Recent Searches displays any recent search criteria that you entered into the search box. The recent searches display the top 10 latest searches that you have performed. These last 10 searches are then displayed in a list format that are all a clickable link which means you can return to the search you performed.
• The Advanced Search allows you to perform a much more detailed search on Organizations, Sites, and People.

Location Entity Fields 

These Location Entity fields are available through the API.

Entity Field	Description
Active	0 (FALSE) or 1(TRUE)indicates whether the record is active.
Address1	First line of Location address.
Address2	Second line of Location address.
Address3	Third line of Location address.
City	City of Location.
Created	Date when the record was created.
CreatedBy	UserGroupID of the user who created the record.
Fax	Fax number for the location.
IsLocatorContact	Flag to denote that the Location will display in the Partner Locator.
LastUpdated	Date of last change to the record.
LastUpdatedBy	UserGroupID of the user who last updated the record.
LocationID	Unique record identifier of this Location.
MediaPrefs2	Location media preferences.
OrganizationID	OrganizationID to which the Location belongs.
PartnerType	Partner type of the Location.
PostalCode	Postal or ZIP code for this Location.
ShownInLocator	Show Location in Partner Locator.
SpecificURL	Location website URL.
State	Location State / Province.
Telephone	Telephone number for the Location
