How to Define SSO Login Behavior

Overview

This task allows you to set aspects of the user experience when they log in using SSO.

Log into PRM Admin with userTask Level 3 rights and ssoTask Level 3 rights.

Navigate to Administration > Manage SSO Login Behavior.
Select the site you want to manage the login behavior for.
Set Allow Login with Username and Password to Yes if you want a person to be able to login directly into the site without using any identity provider authentication. Select No to force them to login via an identity provider authentication.
Set Allow Single Sign On to Yes to add a button on the login screen for every identity provider you have designated for this site.
Set Begin Single Sign On Automatically option. This option will only have an effect if there is only one identity provider option. When set to Yes and if there is only one identity provider, it will automatically take the user to the designated login page. If set to No or if there is more than one identity provider, users will be presented with a login choice page.
Click Save
