Overview
After you create a new co-branding template, you should use the Template Designer to define where and how your partners can supplement your template documents. The template is paginated (where applicable) and so you will need to repeat the edit on each page that you wish to allow them to edit. You cannot change the source file.
Remember that Partners will not be able to move the location or boundaries of the editable areas you define.

How to Edit Co-Branding Templates
- Navigate to .
- Select the template you wish to modify.
- Scroll down to the Template Designer.
- Select the page you wish to modify and create:
- New Text Area: This will create an area on the page where the partner can add additional text. For example, this is how a partner would add their own contact information for their customers. You can specify the formatting of the text to ensure consistency across your partner program.
- New Image Area: This will create an area on the page where the partner can insert an image file. You can specify placeholder text to help partners understand what image you expect them to add. For example, "Place logo image here.".
- New Merge Field: This will create an area on the page where you can dynamically populate text based on the data associated with the user who generates the template. You can use a combination of simple text and merge fields. Simply type normally and click the {{M button wherever you would like to add a Merge field.
- Modify the additional settings as required.
- Click .
The Co-Branding template is now ready to publish.
