Edit Certification Types

Overview

This procedure will allow you to modify the options displayed for the Certification Type when you Create Certifications.

Before You Begin

Log into the Zift PRM admin site with eLearningTask level 2 and adminTask level 1 rights or higher.

How to Edit Certification Types

1. Navigate to Configure > Training.
2. Click Edit Certification Types.
3. To delete an existing Certification Type, click the X button in the Delete column.
4. To modify an existing Certification Type, click the  in the Edit column.
5. To add a new Certification Type, provide a user-friendly name in the Description field and a TextID (no spaces) for the CERTIFICATIONTYPETEXTID. Click to save the new Certification Type.
