Edit User Levels

Overview

The user levels allow you to communicate the relative difficulty of different courses. This is useful to establish prerequisites. Adding a user level here will extend the list which is visible when creating courses.

Before You Begin

Log into the Zift PRM admin site with adminTask level 1 or greater rights.

How to Edit User Levels

1. Navigate to Configure > Training.
2. Click Edit User Levels.
3. To add a new User Level, enter a user-friendly name in the USERLEVELNAME field.
4. Click Add Record.
