Edit Budgets

Budgets allow you to create containers to segment funds. Each Budget is associated with a specific Entity and Budget Group.

To access this screen, navigate to Marketing > Setup > Budgets. All fields are mandatory.

Label	Type	Description
EntityID	Text	The EntityID number that this Budget is for.
EntityTypeID	Text	The EntityTypeID number. This provides disambiguation as Entities of different types may have the same ID number. 1 = Location 2 = Organization 3 = Country
BudgetGroupID	Drop-down List	The BudgetGroupID as defined in the Edit Budget Groups Screen.
Description	Text	Provide a user-friendly description for this Budget. This helps users differentiate between budgets.
