Comm Detail Reason

The Edit Comm Detail Reason screen allows you to define a new standard communication reason. These are then included in the list of standard reasons that users can select from when creating a new contact record.

This screen is accessed through Configure > Communication > Edit Comm Detail Reason or Configure > Data > Edit Comm Detail Reason

Label	Type	Description
CommReasonID(pk)	Number	A unique number that will identify this Communication Reason.
Name	Text	Short, user-friendly name for this Communication Reason.
Description	Text	A longer description to support the correct use of this Communication Reason.
