RELAY_SOCIALORGANIZATIONPROFILE Relaytag

Overview

Relaytags are ready-made widgets located on the WYSIWYG editor of a portal page, which enables you to quickly and easily add a wide variety of functionality to the pages of your Partner Portal. Relaytags can be used to display files and media resources, link to training courses, or enable a partner to monitor the progress of their opportunities. This article describes how to use the RELAY_SOCIALORGANIZATIONPROFILE Relaytag.  

Best Practice for Relaytags

While you can use more than one Relaytag on a single page, we recommend that you only do so if the Relaytags are querying different data. Interference and unexpected behavior may result if two Relaytags on a single page attempt to access the same data.

Before You Begin 

• Log into PRM Admin with elementTask Level 2 rights or greater. The instructions below assume that you have previously created the page you wish to add the Relaytag to. In general, it is best practice to only display a single Relaytag per page. 
• You will need the user level permission to Add a Phrase and the appropriate language rights.

Relaytag Configuration

The RELAY_SOCIALORGANIZATIONPROFILE Relaytag controls the appearance of the Partner Location View Profile screen.

This table allows you to modify the appearance of the profile detail information that is presented to end users on the Partner Location child page. It is usually presented in the logged-out area of the Portal.

Contact Type	Drop-down List	Controls the Contact Us options on the detail screen. New Lead: Organization is emailed and a new contact record and lead is created. Email (Create End User): Partner Org or Admin Org receives email and the new contact record is created in Zift PRM. Email (Do not create End User): Org receives email and the new contact is NOT created in Zift PRM. No Contact: Removes the Contact Us option.
HQ Location Profile	Drop-down List	Select the HQ Location Profile to use.
Organization Approval Status Profile	Drop-down List	Defines which approval status to apply to new organizations added through Contact Us.
Partner Contact Profile	Drop-down List	Set the primary contact for the Organization.
Included Screen	Multi-select List	Set the screen to display as the View Profile.
Enquiry	Text	Define the enquiry types that are available as a comma-separated list.
Email to Send	Drop-down List	Select which Standard Email will be sent when the user submits their information. We recommend including an "other" option.
Show Captcha	Boolean	Select if a Captcha verification will be presented to the user when filling out the Contact Us form.
