About Incentive Reports

Overview

The Incentive Manager allows you to create effective, simple to administer incentive programs that can be created either against individual (Person) users or Organizations. You can build your programs using a range of ways to accrue and spend points. Incentive points can be accrued actively through claims or passively based on Partner engagement and revenue-generating activity. Partners can administer their incentive accounts on the Portal thanks to attractive Incentive statements and shops for claiming rewards.

Incentive Manager Report List

• Claims Statement by Country - Current Month: Provides a summary of the current months claims by country.
• Claims Statement by Organization - Current Month: Provides a summary of the current months claims by organization.
• Incentive Points Balance per Company Account: Provides the current balance of the incentive points for the account.

Account Report List

• Person Points Balance: Provides a summary of a user's personal points balance, grouped by country and organization.
• Reward Points Expiration: 

Accruals Report List

• Claim Report Detailed: Provides details relating to claims made, grouped by category.
• Claim Report Detailed (Fixed Promotion Product Points Only):
• Personal Claims: Provides information relating to personal claims made.
• Personal Points by Product Group: Provides details relating to the points applied to each product group.

• New Registrations: Provides a summary of new registrations received.
