Overview
Activity Scoring allows you to measurably incentivize partner behavior by defining rule-based schemes to drive motivation, track performance, and promote rewards for high achievers.
Activity Scoring can assist with the collection of vital intelligence about the overall health of your partner programs, whether the focus is on tier promotions, target-driven initiatives, or partner engagement.
Use this procedure to manually modify the Activity Score of a Scheme participant.
Before You Begin
- You must have an Activity Scheme in place with a registered user in that scheme.
- Log into PRM Admin with actionTask Level 3 rights.
How to Adjust Activity Score Security Rights
- Search for the Person, Location, or Organization that you want to adjust the Score for.
- Click More...
- Click the appropriate Score Report to open; Person Score Report, for example.
- Click View Details for the Scheme that you want to adjust.
- Click Add Score Adjustment.
- Enter the required details (all fields are required):
- Adjust score by amount: This can be a positive or negative number.
- Adjustment effective date: This is the date from which the adjustment is applied. You can backdate adjustments as required.
- Reason for adjustment: Explain why you are making this adjustment.
- Click Submit.
