Overview
Activity Scoring allows you to measurably incentivize partner behavior by defining rule-based schemes to drive motivation, track performance, and promote rewards for high achievers.
Activity Scoring can assist with the collection of vital intelligence about the overall health of your partner programs, whether the focus is on tier promotions, target-driven initiatives, or partner engagement.
Scores are rolled up hierarchically - individual Person scores are incorporated into the Location score. All the Location and Person scores are rolled into the Organization score. The Person score is the lowest level and only represents the individual's score.
There are four phases to Activity Scoring:
- Planning: You should have a clear statement of purpose for your Activity Scoring program - including what you aim to achieve, how it will be done and how the results will be measured.
- Configuration: Once the plan is complete, Zift PRM is set up to deliver it.
- Administration: Once Zift PRM has been configured to deliver the Activity Scoring program you designed, it can be rolled out to your partners. The Marketing Pack tools can help you to promote the program.
- Measurement: Use the Zift PRM built-in reports to interpret how effective the program has been and whether or not it has delivered on the objectives.
