 Adding a consent checkbox to a Screen is a common use case for modifying a Screen.

 Log into PRM Admin with profileTask Level 1 rights and screenTask Level 3 rights.

How to Add a Data Processing Consent Checkbox to a Screen

1. Navigate to Business Rules > Screens.
2. From the Entity Type drop-down, select Person.
3. From the second drop-down, select the Screen you wish to modify.
4. Choose a screen that is visible to all users and which would reasonably hold the data processing consent option, for example, the My Profile.
5. Click New.
6. Enter the screen definition parameter values to create your New Screen. Add the desired items to your Screen.
7. You can configure unique items with Additional Parameters.
8. Click Save.
