Overview
Adding a consent checkbox to a Screen is a common use case for modifying a Screen.
Before You Begin
Log into PRM Admin with profileTask Level 1 rights and screenTask Level 3 rights.
How to Add a Data Processing Consent Checkbox to a Screen
- Navigate to Business Rules > Screens.
- From the Entity Type drop-down, select Person.
- From the second drop-down, select the Screen you wish to modify.
- Choose a screen that is visible to all users and which would reasonably hold the data processing consent option, for example, the My Profile.
- Click New.
- Enter the screen definition parameter values to create your New Screen. Add the desired items to your Screen.
- You can configure unique items with Additional Parameters.
- Click Save.
