Location Management Screens

Overview

The Person screens are available through the 3-panel view. They allow administrators to modify the rights of users and consult the records that Zift PRM holds for them.

The table below summarizes the standard screens that are included as standard with Zift PRM. There may be additional, bespoke screens available in your environment. Please note that if you do not have the necessary rights, you may not be able to access all of these screens.

Before You Begin

Log in to Zift PRM with userTask level 3 rights.

Person Management Screens

Screen		Purpose
Approvals Primary Contact		Allows you to designate the Primary Contacts for the Location.
Contact History		Allows you to view all contacts between any Person affiliated with this Location and your Channel Program.
Geo Location		Allows you to view and modify the location information used by the Partner Locator when ranking matches.
Location Details		Allows you to view and edit the address information of the Location.
Location Score Report		Displays the consolidated Location Activity Score.
Modification History		Displays a list of the changes that have been made to the records of this Location.
Opportunities		Displays the Opportunities that are associated with this Location.
People at Location		Displays a list of Users associated with the Location.
