About Activities

Zift PRM has the ability to track and measure numerous Activities that can then be used to evaluate Partner engagement and program success. You can display statistics about Activities on the Partner Dashboard or in reports. Activities are the linchpin of a successful Partner program: they allow you to measure the impact of your current Partner program and allow you to identify exceptionally successful Partners so that you can replicate the factors of their success with others.

Zift Solutions recommends selecting a subset of available Activity metrics to monitor. By focusing your attention on these and tracking the impact of any changes or initiatives anywhere in the program, you can establish trends and evaluate whether your actions are delivering the results you expected. To facilitate this, Zift PRM offers the Partner Dashboard where you can display your most significant Activity metrics on your homepage. Trend widgets on the Partner Dashboard allow you to compare the current period (week, month, and so on.) to the equivalent previous period.

Although the Activities are grouped thematically, you can mix-and-match any Activity metrics to provide the business intelligence you need to support your Partner Program.
