Communication Activities allow you to measure and evaluate the effect of your communications to Partners. This is useful to test whether or not Partners are reading the emails you send them and if the Partners take action (such as clicking a link) when they do.
Communication Activity metrics are useful for identifying trends in Partner reactions to your communications. Each Partner who receives an email may ignore it, read it, or read it and follow links. In some cases, an email may prompt a user to unsubscribe entirely from your communications. allows you to track all of these so that you can tweak future communications to obtain the greatest return on the effort invested.
