Overview
Communication Activities allow you measure and evaluate the effectiveness of your communications to partners. It is useful to test whether or not partners are reading the emails you send them and if the partners take action (such as clicking a link) when they do.
You can measure these trends with Communication Activity.
- Each Partner who receives an email may ignore it, read it, or read it and follow links.
- In some cases, an email may prompt a user to unsubscribe entirely from your communications.
Zift PRM allows you to track all of these so that you can tweak future communications to obtain the greatest return on the effort invested.
