Map Standard Objects using Standard Mappings

Overview

This procedure allows you to map (declare a relationship) between a Zift PRM object and a CRM object using the standard objects. This is the simplest approach and should be used wherever possible.

Before You Begin

Login to your Zift PRM Administrator site as a user with connectorTask Level 3 rights.

How to Map Standard Objects using Standard Mappings

1. 1. Navigate to Connector > Configuration Summary.

   2. Select an object to map.
   3. Click  in the Edit Object column to enter the Configuration Screen for the object.
   4. Set Synch and Active to Yes to enable the object. This step must be repeated for every standard object you want to synchronize between the two systems.
   Once completed (for all the desired standard objects), the CRM Connector will synchronize data between the objects, for all standard fields, between Zift PRM and your CRM.
