Disable a CRM Connector Object Field

Overview

This task explains how to disable a single field mapping on a CRM Connector object. The procedure is the same for standard and custom objects. This will have no effect if the object is inactive.

Before You Begin

Log into the ZiftPRM admin site with connectorTask level 3 rights. 

How to Disable a CRM Connector Object Field

1. Navigate to Connector > Configuration Summary.
2. Select the object to modify.
3. Click  to open the field mappings screen.
4. Click  to enter the Configuration Screen for the field mappings.
5. Set Active to No.
