The Lead Progress list items can be modified by navigating to . To add a new Lead Progress item, you will need to fill in the following information then click Add Record.

| Fieldname | Text | This is the database column for which the added value is accepted. For Lead Progress, this will always be leadProgressID |
| Item Text | Text | [Optional] The user-friendly text to display for this value. |
| Description | Text | A user-friendly description of this Lead Progress stage. |
| IsDefault | Boolean | Specifies if this is the default state of any Leads. |
| IsLive | Boolean | Determines if this item will or will not be included in lists. |
| SortOrder | Number | The rank order in any lists. All items with the same sort order value will be further sorted alphabetically. |
