Add a Lead Inquiry Type

Overview

Zift PRM is delivered with a pre-defined set of Lead Inquiry Type. If you would like to add or modify the available options, you do this by following the steps below.

Before You Begin

Log into Zift PRM with adminTask Level 1 or greater rights.

How to Add a Lead Enquiry Type

1. Navigate to Configure > Sales Automation > Lead Enquiry Type.
2. Select the Lead Source to edit or click Add Record.
3. Provide the following information:

   Label	Type	Description
   Fieldname	Text	This is the database column for which the added value is accepted. For Lead Progress, this will always be leadEnquiryTypeID.
   Item Text	Text	[Optional] The user-friendly text to display for this value.
   Description	Text	[Optional] A user-friendly description of this Lead Progress stage.
   IsDefault	Boolean	Specifies if this is the default state of any Leads.
   IsLive	Boolean	Determines if this item will or will not be included in lists.
   SortOrder	Number	[Optional] The rank order in any lists. All items with the same sort order value will be further sorted alphabetically.
