Overview
The Zift PRM Portal is the point of interaction between your Partners and your Channel program. Every aspect of your program will be presented to Partners through Portal pages. This article describes how to create new Portal Pages
Everything you deliver to your partners through Zift PRM will be presented on a Portal Page. This task explains how to add a new Portal Page. Once created, you can easily return to a Portal Page to edit as required.
Before You Begin
Log into PRM Admin with elementTask Level 2 rights or greater.
How to add new Portal Pages
- Navigate to .
- Select the site you wish to edit.
- If you are editing an existing page, use the Search or Tree View section to access the desired page.
- If you are creating a new page, use the Tree View to access the existing site structure.
- Click the
icons to expand or collapse folders in the tree. - Select the position in the site tree where you would like to create the new page.
- Right-click on a file or folder and select either Add Child Page or Add Sibling Page.
- If you create the new page as a Child Page, it will appear indented below the selected page. The selected page icon will become a folder.
- If you create the new page as a Sibling page, it will appear at the same level as the selected page.
At this point, the content editor will open and you can edit and add content on new page. You can also control visibility, modify page behaviour through Relaytags and Merge Fields, or view a history of modifications.
