Overview
Zift PRM includes a number of pre-configured Merge Fields that can be used to dynamically customize content for users. A Merge Field is simply a variable, or place-holder, that calls up the user-specific value when the content is displayed.
Merge Fields are a very efficient way of delivering a user-specific experience. Users feel valued when they have a personalised experience.
Merge fields are available in many areas of Zift PRM and can be added to content pages, standard emails, and other areas. Used in co-branding templates, they provide strict control over what information your Partner users can include in the customized assets while still allowing full co-branding versatility.
How to Insert a Merge Field
- Click the {{M button in the editor. This will only be visible in contexts where you can insert a merge field.
- Select the desired Merge field from the list.
- Click Insert.
