Remove Duplicate Text/Headings

Overview

A page may display the heading and summary text twice. This happens when the Show Summary flag is set to Yes and summary text is provided.

Before You Begin

• This task can be accomplished from either PRM Admin or the Portal.
  • Log into PRM Admin with proper permissions.
  • If you do not have Admin access this can also be done from the Portal.

How to Remove Duplicate Text/Headings

1. Do one of the following:
   1. From the Portal, navigate to the required page.
   2. From PRM Admin > Content > Content Manager, select an option for Partner Web Content.
2. Click the Edit this page button at the bottom of the page.
   
   
3. Set Show Summary to No.
   
   
4. (Optional) Delete the Summary text.
   
   
5. The duplicated text is removed.
