About Relaytags

Zift PRM Relaytags are built-in widgets (or macros) that allow you to quickly and easily add a wide selection of functional elements to Partner Portal pages.

Relaytags may have a general application, such as the RELAY_MEDIADISPLAY or RELAY_GRID_LINKS which display media resources or quick links to Portal pages, respectively. Others, such as the RELAY_BANNER allow you to increase visual interest by displaying a carousel of images and links on a page. Finally, there are Relaytags to support specific Zift PRM modules such as Activity Scoring (RELAY_ACTIVITY_SCORE_SCHEME_REPORT and RELAY_ACTIVITY_SCORE_SCHEME_WIDGET Relaytags). These Relaytags usually display specific related information to your Partner users so that they can better engage with your Partner Program.

Relaytags are thoroughly tested and integrate seamlessly with the Zift PRM database and configuration. This means that they are safe to use and will reflect any changes to your environment immediately. The benefits of using Relaytags are:

• They instantly extend the functionality of your Partner Portal pages without requiring deep technical knowledge or coding ability.
• They are dynamic and will automatically pick up any styling or permission changes that you apply to your Partner Portal.
• They are configurable. For most Relaytags, there are options that allow you to control what content they display and to which users.

Disclaimer: While you can use more than one Relaytag on a single page, we recommend that you only do so if the Relaytags are querying different data. Unexpected behavior may result if two Relaytags on a single page attempt to access the same data.

These Relaytags are available for your use:

RELAY_ACTIVITY_SCORE_SCHEME_REPORT		RELAY_ACTIVITY_SCORE_SCHEME_REPORT allows you to specify the scheme and time frame for the Activity Score Report.
RELAY_ACTIVITY_SCORE_SCHEME_WIDGET		RELAY_ACTIVITY_SCORE_SCHEME_WIDGET controls the display of a person, location, or organization's scheme performance information.
RELAY_ACTIVITY_STREAM		RELAY_ACTIVITY_STREAM controls what is displayed in a user's activity stream.
RELAY_BANNER		The RELAY_BANNER Relaytag is used to combine Banner objects into an ordered sequence that is displayed on a Portal Page as a Rotating Banner.
RELAY_BRANCHLINKLIST		The RELAY_BRANCHLINKLIST allows you to display a hyperlinked list of child pages for any page in the Portal.
RELAY_COBRANDING		The RELAY_COBRANDING Relaytag grants your users access to the Co-branding templates you have prepared for them.
RELAY_ELEARNING_CERTIFICATION_REGISTRATION		RELAY_ELEARNING_CERTIFICATION_REGISTRATION displays certification registration information on a Portal page.
RELAY_ELEARNING_COURSES		The RELAY_ELEARNING_COURSES Relaytag displays courses in a two-tier hierarchy.
RELAY_ELEARNING_COURSE_LIST		The RELAY_ELEARNING_COURSE_LIST Relaytag allows you to display a list of available courses, reflecting the logged in user's rights.
RELAY_ELEARNING_PERSON_CERTIFICATES		RELAY_ELEARNING_PERSON_CERTIFICATES displays a screen that allows users to print certificates as recognition for any courses they have successfully completed.
RELAY_ELEARNING_PERSON_CERTIFICATIONS		RELAY_ELEARNING_PERSON_CERTIFICATIONS displays a list of the certifications a person is enrolled in and their progress against each one.
RELAY_ELEARNING_SPECIALISATIONS		The RELAY_ELEARNING_SPECIALISATIONS Relaytag allows you to display a list of an Organization's specializations on a Portal Page.
RELAY_ELEARNING_TRAININGPATH_PROGRESS		The RELAY_ELEARNING_TRAININGPATH_PROGRESS Relaytag allows users to view the training paths they have registered for.
RELAY_ENTITYLIST		The RELAY_ENTITYLIST Relaytag allows you to add, edit, or delete records from any entity table.
RELAY_EVENTLIST		RELAY_EVENTLIST displays all valid events on a logged-in page.
RELAY_FUND_REQUESTS		The RELAY_FUND_REQUESTS Relaytag displays a form on the Portal that Partners can use to request MDF funds.
RELAY_GRID_LINKS		The RELAY_GRID_LINKS Relaytag allows you to display quick links to other pages in your Partner Portal.
RELAY_IF, RELAY_ELSEIF, RELAY_ELSE		The RELAY_IF, RELAY_ELSEIF, and RELAY_ELSE Relaytags allow you to display content based on a series of conditions.
RELAY_LOCATOR		The RELAY_LOCATOR Relaytag allows you to control the behavior of the Partner Locator on a Portal page.
RELAY_MANAGEMYCOLLEAGUES		Displays editable fields about the logged-in user's colleagues on a single page.
RELAY_MEDIADISPLAY		Allows you to change the display of Media Library resources in a Portal page.
RELAY_PARTNER_REGISTRATION		Displays a Partner Registration form on a Portal Page.
RELAY_SHOWSCREEN		The RELAY_SHOWSCREEN Relaytag displays an embedded screen definition on a Portal page.
RELAY_REPORT		The RELAY_REPORT Relaytag allows you to display a Report Designer report on the Portal.
RELAY_SOCIALORGANIZATIONPROFILE		Relaytag that controls the appearance of the Partner Locator View Profile screen.
