Overview
The Administration Menu provides access to the data and user management tools with supporting Reports. adminTask Level 1 rights or userTask Level 1 rights is the minimum required security right to access this menu.
Location
PRM Admin > Administration
In the Administration tab you will find the following sub-menus:
- System Utilities - Provides access to entity undelete, error pages and scheduled tasks.
- User Access Rights - Single page view of all users who have been granted a security right and the source of that permission.
- User Groups - Provides access to User Groups including the security profile of each user group and a list of users assigned to groups.
- Admin Tools - Provides a tool for deleting test communications and another to manage related file categories.
- User Management - Multi-faceted search for users screens. Users that match the search criteria are listed with edit, password resend, and login expire buttons.
- Reports - Provides read access to the Administration Reports.
- Home Page Options - Manage your homepage options.
- Email Redirection - Session based email redirection.
- Data De-Duplication (Fuzzy Rules) - Access to tools that allow you to identify and merge duplicate records.
- Manage OAuth Authorization Servers - Set up PRM to use a 3rd party as an authenticator using OAuth2.
- Manage SAML Service Providers - Set up third party systems to use PRM as the authenticator using SAML.
- Manage SAML Identity Providers - Set up PRM to use a 3rd party as an authenticator using SAML.
- Manage SSO Login Behavior - Control the display of buttons to support SSO login.
