Administration Reports

Overview

The Reports menu provides read access to the Administration Reports.

adminTask Level 2 rights, reportTask Level 1 rights and userTask Level 1 rights or greater are the minimum required security rights to access this menu.

Reports Menu

• Approvers by Country: This report is a filterable list of the designated Registration Approvers for each Country. 
• Inactive Users: This report provides information about which users have not recently accessed the site. This report does not accept any parameters from the user.
• Licensed Users: This report displays a matrix of all licensed users and the User Groups they belong to.
• Security Functions by User Group: This report provides a description about each right that a user group has access to.
• Security Types by User Group: This report provides a single-page view of the Security rights granted to user groups. 
• Unassigned Security Tasks: This report provides displays a list of product areas and the associated security rights that are required to access them
• User Groups by Licensed Module: This report displays the user groups within each licensed module.
