Overview
The Media Library is where all content assets uploaded to Zift PRM, are stored and organized in your Zift PRM environment, regardless of format. Use these steps to find content that was previously uploaded.
The Media Library stores all Media Resources (videos, documents, etc.) that are uploaded to Zift PRM, regardless of format. Use this procedure to find media assets from the Zift PRM Admin app. To access Media Resources from the Portal, a Portal Page with the RELAY_MEDIADISPLAY Relaytag must be created and available to Portal Users. Internal users' ability to view Media Resources are unaffected by the Relaytag settings but will be constrained by the visibility rules created on the Media Resource itself.
Before You Begin
Log into PRM Admin with fileTask Level 1 rights or greater.
How to Search the Media Library
- Navigate to Content.
- [Optional] Enter keywords for the content in the search field. If you do not enter text, the system will display all content in the media library.
- [Optional] Check Only my resources, to retrieve only resources for which you are listed as the owner.
- [Optional] Click Advanced Search to open additional search options. Restrict the search results by setting filters in the drop-down menus.
- Click Search. A list of content that matches your search will display.
- On the Media Library Search grid you can Download or Delete the content.
