Overview
The Media Library is a repository of all media assets you have uploaded to your Zift PRM environment. The Media Library menu provides access to the Library assets, a tool for viewing and defining Media Groups, and manage asset reviews.
Media Groups allow you to group Media Resources for easy retrieval and use. The Media Library can hold thousands of assets and by arranging them in Media Groups, Zift PRM allows you to manage what you have efficiently.
Some Media Groups, for example the Banner Media Group, have very specific uses. The Banner Media Group is used to hold Media Resources that are later used by the Banner Builder to create Rotating Banners, or carousels that can be displayed in the Portal.
