Zift PRM offers many standard Entities but your business processes may require additional Entities to capture specialized information. This allows you to create new data tables to support new screens and reports that reflect your business needs. For example, Business Plans or Support tickets.
This table is accessed by navigating to section.
The initial page displays a list of existing Custom Entities. Click Add to create a new Custom Entity. To create a new Custom Entity, provide the following information. All fields are mandatory.

| Table Name | Text | This is the name of table which will store the basic information of your Custom Entity. This is generally the name of your Custom Entity. |
| Label | Text | This is the label to use to refer to this Custom Entity within the application. If you have established a naming convention for the table name, this allows you to specify a user-friendly alternative. |
| Related Entity | Drop-down List | This is the existing Entity to which the new Custom Entity will be tied with a foreign key constraint. This ensures that any new Custom Entity is tied to the rest of the application database. The list will display both out-of-the-box Entities and previously created Custom Entities. |
