The Edit Comm Detail Reason screen allows you to define a new communication reason. These are then included in the list of standard reasons that users can select from when creating a new contact record.

| Description | Text | A longer description to support the correct use of this Communication Reason. |
| StatsReport | Text | [Optional] Report which will cover this Status. |
| StatsReportOrder | Number | [Optional] Ranking within the Reports about Communication Statuses. |
| StatusGroup | Text | [Optional] Grouping of Statuses. This can be used, for example, to group all of the Communication Statuses which relate to complaints. |
| Significance | Text | [Optional] A short description of the reason why this status is important to capture. |
