Overview
To accommodate different spellings of country names, Zift PRM allows you to add an unlimited number of name variations and associate them with the same CountryID. This is useful for consolidating records when a text field is used to capture the country name. As an example, United Kingdom, UK, U.K., GB, England, Wales, Scotland could all use the same CountryID though they are not strictly interchangeable. This allows users to enter their preferred term while maintaining record cohesion.
Before You Begin
- Login in to Zift PRM Admin with adminTask level 1 rights or higher.
- You should know which base country to associate the new term with.

- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
