Add Activity Type

Zift PRM includes many Activities that allow you to measure user engagement with your Channel program. There may be additional specialized Activities that you need to track or measure. This is most commonly the case if you are creating Custom Entities.

To define a new Activity type, navigate to Configure > Data and click on Add Activity Type. Provide the following information for each new Activity Type. All are mandatory.

Label	Type	Description
Activity Type TextID	Text	This is the unique name that designates the new Activity Type. This should be a user-friendly and descriptive name to simplify use.
Activity Type Description	Text	A brief description of the Activity.
Existing Entity Types	Drop-down List	The Entity type which this Activity can be performed for.
