Edit Country List

You can modify the basic metadata associated with any country that is listed in Country dropdowns by navigating to Configure > Data > Edit Country List.

This screen is also a valuable reference for information about all countries that currently exist in your environment.

Label	Type	Description
Country	Drop-down List	Select the country that you wish to edit.
Local Country Description	Text	Common name of the country.
CountryID	Number	The unique identifier that Zift PRM uses to reference this Country.
Currency	Text	The currency used in this country.
VAT Rate	Number	The Value Added Tax (VAT) percentage applied to sales.
VAT Length	Number	The number of characters in that country's VAT numbers.
VAT Prefix	Text	The letters that are placed before the VAT numbers to identify them as pertaining to a specific country.
Allow VAT Reduction	Boolean	When set to 1, this will allow a VAT reduction where appropriate. When set to 0, VAT calculations will be applied to all transactions. Default is 0 (FALSE).
VAT Format	Regular expression	A regular expression that defines the specific pattern that all VAT ID values must conform to.
VAT Required	Boolean	When set to 1, a VAT number will be required for each partner.Default is 0 (FALSE).
International Dialing Code	Number	The country's telephone number dialing code.
Telephone Format	Regular expression	Regular expression describing the display format for telephone numbers in this country.
r1CountryID	Text	Text identifier of this country that can be used as an alternative to the numerical ID.
