Channel Overview
What it Delivers: A snapshot of the overall health of your channel program, measured by the activity and engagement of the partners within their portal as well as a highlight of the most active partner community.
Why you care: Partner engagement sets the stage for success. Knowing which partners are active and what actions they are driving allows you to guide and steer your partners with best practices.

Report Constraints
- The Trend Dates default to the last 6 completed months. Example: If the report is run on 5 Jan, the report would return data for 1 June through 31 December of the previous year. You can change the date range under Filters.
- The count of partners is either a count of organizations or locations.
- Only approved locations are included.
Report Descriptions
Below you will find a list and brief description of the default reports on the Overview Dashboard.
- Portal Logins - This line graph shows the total and monthly number of partner logins. The partner is counted each time he logs in.
- Partners - This line graph shows the total number of partners engaged during the defined time period.
- New Portal Leads - This line graph shows the total and monthly number of leads created in the portal.
- Portal Opportunities - This line graph shows the total and monthly number of opportunities created in the platform.
- Portal Active Users - This line graph shows the total and monthly number of unique users accessing the portal.
- Partners Active in Portal - This line graph shows the total number of partners in the system for all dates, and new additions during the reporting period.
- Partners Active in Portal - This line graph shows the total and monthly numbers of unique partners active in the portal. All types of activity are considered.
- Top Training Modules - This table shows the 20 most popular modules, based on the number of users starting each module. The list can be ordered highest to lowest or lowest to highest number of users.
- Top File Downloads - This table shows the 20 most popular files, based on the number of downloads of each file. The list can be ordered highest to lowest or lowest to highest number of downloads.
- Top Pages Viewed - This table shows the top 20 most popular pages, based on the number of visits to each page. The list can be ordered highest to lowest or lowest to highest number of pages visited.
- Pages by Monthly Changes in Views - This table shows the top 20 most changed pages,based on the change in number of visits to each page. The last two months of the reporting period are considered, and the monthly change is sorted by the absolute value.
- Administrator Logins - This line graph shows the total and monthly number of logins, to internal sites only. Logins from Zift email addresses are not included.
- Content Updates - This line graph shows the total and monthly number of files either created or updated.
- Files Updated - This line graph shows the total and monthly number of content being either created or updated.
