Partner Overview

What it Delivers: A snapshot of the health of the partners - collectively - as well as an ability to view partners independently. Specifically, this dashboard allows you to see the lead funnel, the number of deals registered and converted.

Why You Care: At a glance, you can measure partner performance and activity of the program.

Report Constraints

The Trend Dates default to the last 6 completed months. Example: If the report is run on 5 Jan, the report would return data for 1 June through 31 December of the previous year. You can change the date range under Filters.
The report report can be limited to a single partner.
Only approved locations are included.

Report Descriptions

Below you will find a list and brief description of the default reports on the Partner Overview Dashboard.

Overall Score - This area graph displays the latest partner score for a defined time period.
Pages Visited - This area graph displays the number of pages visited by partners, by month, for a defined time period.
Assets Downloaded - This area graph displays the assets downloaded by all partners, by month, for a defined time period.
Training Modules Completed - This report displays the number of training modules completed, by the month in which the module was passed.
Certifications Achieved - This report displays the number of certifications in the month that it was registered.
Lead Funnel Trend - This report displays the number of deals and leads created in each stage. If the stage does not have any of these activities, it will not appear in the chart.
The stages are: Deal Registered, Deal Closed Won, Leads Assigned, Leads Converted, Leads Status of Closed/Won, Leads Accepted by the Partner.
Deals Registered and Converted (Trend) - This report displays the number of deals registered and deals converted by month for the past year.
