Why You Care: At a glance, you can see the % of partners that are engaged vs. those that are not engaged in your programs, and track key activities by engagement.

Report Constraints

The Trend Dates default to the last 6 completed months. Example: If the report is run on 5 Jan, the report would return data for 1 June through 31 December of the previous year. You can change the date range under Filters.
The count of partners is either a count of organizations or locations, based on an Administration setting.
Only approved locations are included.

Report Descriptions

Below you will find a list and brief description of the default reports on the Partner Engagement Dashboard.

Partners with Activity (Percentage of active vs. inactive) - This report displays a percentage of all partners that are active or inactive on the partner portal.
Partners with Activity (Monthly Trend) - This report displays the total number of unique partners active each month. The results provide guidance on the partner behavior trends.
Partners with Logins - This report displays the total number of unique partners with login activity in each month. The report identifies which are your most active months throughout the year.
Partners with Downloads - This report displays a total number of partners with download activity in each month. The report assists with understanding which collateral is being utilized.
Partners with Page Views - This report displays the total number of partners with "page view" activity in each month.
Partners Updating Leads - This report displays the total number of partners with "lead updated" activity in each month.
