Overview
Out-of-the-box dashboard reporting is available for PRM customers, who have moved to the AWS environment. Users will need Administrator credentials to access these additional reports. You can request additional customized reports via Expert Services or a Change Request.
With Advanced Reporting, you see a complete picture of your channel and partner data in dashboard views. You no longer need to manually extract data or go to your report guru. You can view, manage your data, and generate reports quickly using the powerful Zift PRM Advanced Dashboards.
The goal of any data analysis is to learn more, draw conclusions, and recommend changes that will improve performance. You may want to begin your analysis process with this four-step process.
- Decide what questions you want your data to answer.
- Once you know the questions you want to be answered, define how you want to identify the data. What are the important dimensions and measures needed to answer the questions?
- Next, analyze the data. You will need to explore the data relationships using tables and visualizations.
- Finally, draw conclusions based on the data.
Maximizing Screen Space
Maximize screen space: collapse the menu, select Home to collapse the report menu, and select the tab with your report.
How to Filter Reports and Dashboards
You can obtain data based on your criteria. To obtain a list of data that meets your criteria, filter the data by Trend Dates, Partner, Customer, etc. depending on the screen you are in.
Use the "+" to add an "or" statement.
Once the data is Run, use options to get the information in the format you desire: PDF, CVS, email or schedule a routine for the report to be sent.
How to Run Reports and Dashboards
From the Dashboard or Report, select Run. The report is delivered per your requests in the Options menu described below.
How to Schedule, Send and Download Reports and Dashboards
You can send a single report to many people using the filters. You can have a different report by region or time frame.
- From the Dashboard, select the gear icon.
- On the Dashboard the Options are to Download as PDF, CSV, Send, and Schedule display.
- Follow the prompts to receive the Dashboard in the format of your choice. You can add schedules by clicking on New+.

Drilling Down to Find Additional Data
You can drill down into the data on some of the reports by left clicking on the data points. You will be able to drill down by activity week, date. You can drill down further by left clicking again on the data. Drilling Down is an easy way to find information about either all or specific partners. These reports have drill downs associated with them:
- Partner Overview
- Partner Name
- Partner ID
- Partner Type
- Partner Tier
- Leads (Sales) Overview
- Lead Type
- Partner assigned (name)
- Source
- Revenue estimation
- Approval status
- Partners Coverage
- Partner Type
- Partner Tier
- Client Overview
- Converted from lead (yes/no)
- Description/Notes
- Country of end customer
- Source
- Approval Status
Exploring Data
Exploring Data allows for designing your own reports. You can take an existing report and modify it to be a new report with different filters, visualization, plot options and color palette.
You can access Explore From Here from the Doughnut Graph, three buttons. You can exit by refreshing the screen.
