Communication Reports

Overview

The Communication Manager Reports provide insight about your communication strategy effectiveness. The reports reflect consolidated information across communications.

The Communication Reports are divided into three sections:

• The Communications Manager Reports provide insight about your communication strategy effectiveness. 
• The Account Database Reports provide account information extracted from the database.
• The Communication Reports provide business intelligence relating to a specific communication or communication type.

Before You Begin

Log into PRM Admin with commTask Level 1 security rights to access this menu.

Communications Manager Report List

These reports provide insight about your communication strategy effectiveness. 

• Bounced Contacts: Provides an overview of any attempts at contacting a Partner that have been returned undelivered.
• Campaign Recipients: Provides the status of campaign communications sent. 
• Comm Statistics by Author: Provides the number of communications sent by users, grouped by communication status.
• Comm Statistics by Country: Provides the number of communications sent per country, grouped by communication status.
• Communication Recipients: Provides information relating to which recipients have received the selected communications.
• Table: Comm Statistics by Author: Provides information relating to which communications have been sent, to which countries, and to how many recipients. 
• Table: Communication Click-Through Details: Provides information relating to links contained within communications, and when the link was followed.
• Table: Communication By Author: Provides information relating to the number of emails sent and the number received by user.
• Table: Communication By Country: Provide information relating to the number of emails sent and the number received by country.
• Gatekeeper Info: Provides the GateKeepers by country, and provides the scheduling information associated with the communications that will be sent.

Account Database Report List

These reports provide account information extracted from the database.

• Countries per Region: Provides a list of countries that are not assigned to a region, followed by a list of countries that are assigned, along with the name of the region assigned to them.
• Data age report: Provides a list of the number of records, grouped by month, and by year.
• Email Status: Provides an analysis of the current state of the email addresses in the database for all countries.
• Mods on this site: Provides a list of actual updates on Partner Cloud records, including the name of the user that made the update.

Communication Reports List

These reports provide business intelligence relating to a specific communication or communication type.

• Contact History by date/User: This report provides a quick summary table of all the contacts with a user.
• Communications Check: This report provides summary information about previously configured communications.
• Communication Statistics by Country: This report provides a high-level view of communication statistics sent per country.
