Overview
The Zift PRM Product app provides an easy-to-use platform for managing all your available products into one hierarchy of individual Products, Product Groups, Product Categories, and Catalogs. Organizing your Products into Categories and Groups will allow you to display the information on your Portal for visitors to easily browse and learn about your available Products.
Product Categories are one of the grouping levels that allow you to manage your Product offerings. After creating your Product Categories you can add Product Groups to a category.
Before You Begin
Log into PRM Admin with orderTask Level 2 rights and incentiveTask Level 2 rights.
How to Create Product Categories
- Navigate to > .
- Click Add.
- Provide a name for your new Product Category.
- [Optional] Specify the language for this Product Category. The default is English.
- [Optional] Deactivate the Product Category if desired. By default, newly created Product Categories are active.
- [Optional] Add an image to represent the Product Category.
- Click Save.
