Share Target Lists

Overview

Target Lists, or Selections, are pre-configured lists of users that correspond to specific criteria. Target Lists can be used by different parts of Zift PRM such as Events, to target specific sets of users.

You can nest target lists, restricting the candidates for inclusion to those that are or are not in an existing list. This is a powerful way of controlling the frequency and relevance of emails you send to users.

Before You Begin

• Log into the Zift PRM Admin site with selectTask and downTask rights.
• These steps assume you have previously created a Target List that you can select for sharing in this procedure.

Share Target Lists

This task explains how to share a target list with other licensed users.

1. Navigate to Communication > Target List.
2. Click Share Selections.
3. In the Share Selections screen, select a target list from the dropdown selector. The screen will refresh to display checkbox lists of user groups and users. As the logged in user, your name will not appear.
4. Select the User Group or Users you want to share the list with.
5. Click Save. The selected people will now be able to view and update the selected list.
