Security Types by User Group

Overview

This report provides a single-page view of the Security rights granted to user groups. 

Before You Begin

Log into PRM Admin with with reportTask Level 1 rights or greater, userTask Level 3 rights or greater and adminTask Level 1 rights or greater.

How to Generate and View Security Types by User Group

1. Navigate to Administration > Reports.
2. Select Security Types by User Group from the report list.
   
   
3. Click Show Filters. To view the security tasks per user group, select User Group from the first drop-down list then select a User Group from the second drop-down list.Click Go.
   
   
4. The security tasks assigned to the selected user group are displayed.
   
   
5. To view which groups have a specific security task assigned, select Security Type from the first drop-down list, then select a security task from the second drop-down list. Click Go.
   
   
6. The user groups that have the selected security type assigned to them are displayed.
