Licensed Users

Overview

This report displays a matrix of all licensed users and the User Groups they belong to.

Before You Begin

Log into PRM Admin with reportTask Level 1 rights or greater, userTask Level 3 rights or greater and adminTask Level 1 rights or greater.

How To Generate and View Licensed Users

1. Navigate to Administration > Reports.
2. Select Licensed Users from the report list.
   
   
3. Click Show Filters and select an Organization from the second drop-down list. Click Go.
   
   
4. The licensed users, and the user groups they belong to in the selected organization are displayed.
