User Groups by Licensed Module

Overview

 This report displays the user groups within each licensed module.

Before You Begin

Log into PRM Admin with with reportTask Level 1 rights or greater, userTask Level 3 rights or greater and adminTask Level 1 rights or greater.

How to Generate and View User Groups by Licensed Module

1. Navigate to Administration > Reports.
2. Select User Groups by Licensed Module from the report list.
   
   
3. Click Show Filters. To view which modules contain a specific user group, select User Group from the first drop-down list and the select a user group from the second drop-down. Click Go.
   
   
4. The modules that contain the selected user group are displayed.
   
   
5. To view which user groups appear per module, select relayWare Module from the first drop-down list, then select a user group from the second drop-down list. Click Go.
   
   
6. The user groups that appear in the selected module are displayed.
